The season is coming to an end and as ever it has had its highs and lows. Firstly, many thanks to all those who have turned out week in and week out to ensure the fixtures are completed. Likewise, to those who have kept the green in tip top condition for the matches to be played and the committee for their hardwork behind the scenes.

Before the season concludes there are two important events taking place. On Saturday September 14 the Club will be hosting the Dereham League Cup Final Day. Twelve teams, from the league, will be competing simultaneously to determine the overall winner. The Club are honoured to be hosting this event. The next day, Sunday September 15 sees the culmination of the inter club competition. This is one of the highlights of the Club’s year with winners winning a small prize and a trophy.

Once again thanks to all involved this summer and it is hoped the events planned through the winter months will be equally successful.
