• Games in the Mid Norfolk Invitation Bowls League are played under Norfolk County Bowling Association rules. • Teams to consist of 3 blocks of three players with three woods each, games to be 16 live ends. • In the event of a match being stopped owing to inclement weather or bad light, a result can be recorded provided a minimum of 12 live ends per block have been completed. The score at the time play was stopped to stand as the result • The minimum jack length shall be 19m and a maximum of 37m • The jack must be at least 2m from the edge of the green after casting or moved out to 2m. • The Jack or wood in the ditch are counted as dead. • No bowl shall count which is more than 2m from the jack. • Matches start at 7pm until 31st July, from 1st August it's a 6:30pm start.
